Licensing, Purchase Orders and Store Policies

Thank you for your interest in Getting Nerdy Science resources. We have several licensing and purchasing options to meet all of your teaching and budget needs.

LICENSING: Each item purchased in our store comes with a one-teacher license. One teacher may use this resource in their classroom. To purchase for additional teachers, please add the correct number of licenses you need to your cart.

Non-transferable License: License is good for one teacher and CANNOT be transferred to another teacher at any time. License will be attached to the teacher even if they leave the campus.
Transferable License: License is good for one teacher and CAN be transferred to another teacher at any time through Getting Nerdy. The school owns the license rather than the teacher and Getting Nerdy maintains the licensing. Preferred by schools and districts due to flexibility. Prices on our site are listed as per instructor licenses; transferable licenses are available at cost plus 40% and can be transferred 2 additional times after initial purchase.

**Please contact us if you would like to purchase multiple licenses for a school or school district or need to transfer a transferable license. Discounts on bulk licenses are available. You can reach us at gettingnerdyscience@gmail.com for a quote.

PURCHASE ORDER INSTRUCTIONS:

If needed, download our W-9 or Sole Source letter below. Most schools will require these items to process a PO or to establish us as a vendor.

Email approved purchased orders to gettingnerdyscience@gmail.com with the following information:
- Name of School
- Address of School/district
- Name and contact information of purchasing employee
- Products requested
- Email address of person in charge of accounts payable
- Email address of teacher(s) who will be receiving the resource or bundle
- # of teachers who will need a license
Once we have received the approved purchase order, we will email an invoice along with directions on how to pay, enroll, and download the product for each teacher.

RESOURCE POLICIES: Copying any portion of a digital product or placing it on the internet is strictly forbidden and is a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DCMA). You do not have permission to upload resources to your class or district website for other teachers or the world wide web to access. You CAN post a resource to your own secure password-protected class site, if the only people who can access them are your students.

SHIPPING: All products except our vinyl products are digital downloads and links are delivered immediately to your inbox upon purchase. Vinyl models are shipped via the preferred shipping method selected at checkout. Vinyl models are packaged upon purchase and take 2-4 days for processing prior to shipping.

REFUND POLICY: All sales on individual digital resources are final and nonrefundable. Please read the description carefully and email us with questions before purchasing. If you have purchased a subscription, you can cancel your subscription in your subscriber dashboard once you log-in. If you are a monthly subscriber, your access to materials will be revoked within three days of cancellation. Annual subscribers, you’ll still have access to your materials until the date of renewal, so there’s still time to enjoy your lessons.
